Rebecca has over 17 years experience in socially engaged arts and peacebuilding, with significant experience working with different faith communities. Her arts practice is very broad and runs alongside her peace work. Although she occasionally creates pieces of art e.g. Portraits and Spirit, her arts practice is primarily about organising and programming arts, curating events and festivals with artists, storytellers, musicians and performers.
Rebecca has a storytelling company founded in 2023, Forging Fantastical CIC, specialising in programming storytelling performance events aimed at grown-up audiences. A significant project she led for several years was Shared Spaces - a series of intercultural and interfaith arts festivals. Rebecca is a member of Artworks Alliance network, Swindon Culture Collective network and the Quakers Arts Network. |
